The Berman Boost Summer Enrichment Program allows students to learn more about the public accounting profession across our Advisory, Assurance, and Tax departments. It includes career development, firm education, networking, and team-building experiences.
This exclusive program provides a unique glimpse into Berman Hopkins’ culture. You will explore what it is like to work at one of INSIDE Public Accounting’s Top 300 Firms in the United States—and determine if it is the right fit for you. You will meet our Partners and team, learn about our service lines and industry offerings, and gain insight into life at our firm. Ultimately, the program helps today’s best and brightest students become tomorrow’s leaders in public accounting.
Who Should Apply?
Rising Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors interested in exploring a career in accounting.
Qualifications include:

Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in public accounting

3.0 GPA
-
Active in the classroom, on campus, and in the community

Demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills

Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
