Full-time Receptionist (Melbourne)

You Will

  • Provide awesome customer service as act as the liaison between clients and staff

  • Maintain a courteous, pleasant and helpful demeanor on the telephone and in person, especially when dealing with clients

  • Directs incoming calls to the proper person/office

  • Take messages as necessary via email

  • Receive, separate and promptly distribute mail

  • Greet visitors to the office

  • Maintain a neat and organized work environment and reception area to give clients a positive first impression of the firm and foster efficiency and productivity

  • Accept deliveries to the office

  • Keep lobby and conference rooms neat and tidy

  • Keep the kitchen and break room neat and tidy; keep supplies stocked

  • Schedule appointments for partners and staff

  • Make photocopies and do scanning

  • Various errands

  • General office duties as assigned

  • Maintain the strict confidentiality of all clients of the firm

You Have

  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

  • Experience with multiple phone lines

  • Ability to work well under extreme pressure

  • Extended office hours and mandatory overtime during busy season (January 1 - April 15)

  • 2-3 years receptionist/front desk experience

  • Experience working in a CPA firm preferred
